2025 In Numbers
2025
It was a big year of showing up on tired legs, in quiet moments, through doubt and growth that didn’t always announce itself. Moving my body became a way to practice trust: in my body, in the process, in the version of me I’m becoming.
Every ride and run was a reminder that discipline is self-respect, and that belief is earned one effort at a time. In sports that haven’t always made room for us, choosing to move—visibly, consistently, imperfectly; is an act of courage. I feel deeply lucky to show up in this way.
This year wasn’t about proving anything.
It was about moving and becoming 💖

FEW OF MY 2025 HIGHLIGHTS
WHISTLER GRANFONDO: WHISTLER
Set my sights on sub-5h all year and delivered on race day. After a brutal cramp and a 30K TT, racing strong while representing the 20% of women on the start line meant everything. MORE WOMEN ON START LINES IN 2025 👏🏻

BIRTHDAY BASH
For my birthday, I kicked off the season with 100m of elevation for every year I’ve been alive—in the fewest kilometres possible. Truly the best way to start a big climbing year.

VANCOUVER TO PORTLAND
Biggest #BigDumbRide yet. A full send “if you’re in, I’m in” kind of day.
TOUR DE SANTA MONICA MOUNTAINS
Riding in Los Angeles is always pure magic. You know it’s a fab day when you hit Decker, Rockstore, Piuma, and Latigo all in one day.

SEYMOUR PR
Probably my favourite (and toughest) solo effort yet. Eyes locked on a sub-47; and every flyby on the climb kept me clawing forward. So proud of my leggies— but even prouder of my mind for pushing way past what I thought I was capable of 🥹

Tour de british properties
One thing about me: I love climbing. Maybe too much. After the Tour de Burnaby Heights in 2024, turning another neighbourhood into a #BigDumbRide was the only logical next step, duh.
